Terms governing the use of the iphub.ro website and IP Hub services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the iphub.ro website ("Website") and the co-working, office rental, conference room and incubation services provided by IP Hub ("IP Hub", "we").
By accessing the Website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
IP Hub provides, without limitation:
Service details, pricing and availability may change without prior notice.
Bookings and contracts are concluded in writing (online via the contact form, by email to contact [at] iphub.ro or in person).
Payment is made in advance, according to the chosen package and issued invoice. Invoices are issued electronically.
Natural-person consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with Romanian GEO 34/2014, without giving a reason. Exceptions under art. 16 of GEO 34/2014 apply (e.g. services fully performed with consumer's consent).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a notice to contact [at] iphub.ro.
You agree to use the spaces and services with respect for other members and to comply with IP Hub's internal regulations.
Illegal, harmful or disruptive activities are prohibited.
IP Hub is not liable for loss or damage of items left on our premises. We recommend insuring valuable goods.
IP Hub is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure, power outages or scheduled technical interventions.
All Website elements (text, images, logo, design) are owned by IP Hub or its partners and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Disputes shall be settled amicably. Otherwise, the courts of Bucharest, Romania, have jurisdiction.
Consumers may use the ADR procedure through ANPC (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
IP Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version is published on this page with an update date.
